These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of champman.online ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

champman.online provides access to a cloud-hosted web platform configured to run retro football management games. Users access the service via browser-based streaming. This service includes game save storage, configuration tools, and multiplayer support features.

You must be 16 years of age or older to register and use this service. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use this platform under applicable laws.

• You confirm that you legally own or are licensed to use any games you play within this platform.
• You acknowledge that the games included in the web platform are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
• We do not sell or distribute game software or licenses; access is provided for nostalgia, archival, and personal use only.

• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not attempt to extract, download, or redistribute game files or any part of the web platform.
• Do not use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate in-game names - doing so may result in an account ban.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activity.

Access to the platform is provided via a monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within the first 5 days of your subscription start date. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@champmanusb.com. After 5 days, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal account, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

By default, all users are opted in to the shared Hall of Fame feature, which displays your manager name and achievements publicly to other users of the platform. Please ensure your manager name is appropriate. Offensive, inappropriate, or misleading names may result in removal from the Hall of Fame or account suspension. If you would prefer not to appear in the Hall of Fame, you may request to opt out by contacting us at support@champmanusb.com.

• We are not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, or compatibility issues.
• You use this platform at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from a user’s unauthorised or unlawful use of the software accessed via this platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, particularly if a user breaches these Terms or misuses the web platform. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature of the violation.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
